1. Brief introduction

4. Transformation principle and application example of cold header

4.1. Transformation principle

4.2.5. Working principle

 The frequency inverter start at first and runs to 30-50Hz, when the frequency is stable the colder header starts to work. When user adjust mold , the frequency usually runs around 5Hz.

 

5. Conclusion

Variable frequency transformation of cold header satisfied the technological requirements, meanwhile, improved the efficiency of work.
