Application in CNC with PI9000 frequency inverter

CNC production and processing technology: according to the workpiece by CNC machine give a speed by converter, the speed signal is a CNC 0-10v analog, converter according to the speed quick response. Again according to the given signal control  feed, the blade motor move to complete workpiece machining.

According to motor power use  PI9100 004G3 vector inverter. Motor rated speed 1480 r/min, and users need the highest  speed 3000 r/min. In order to satisfy the customers' needs, we can set the highest frequency and maximum frequency to 100 hz.

Frequency inverter installed in electrical enclosure, PI9100 004G3 has a small size, compact structure, convenient user to install and use, do not take up too much volume.

 

Frequency converter connection:

1, the main terminal connection:

L1 / L2 / L3 to 380 V input, P + and RB connect braking resistor, U/V/W connect motor .

2, control terminal wiring:

AI1, GND indirect CNC 0-10 v, for speed given,

DI1, COM connect "forward" switch signal, tclosed forward and disconnect stop.

DI2, COM connect "reverse" switch signal, closed reverse, disconnect  stop.
